We don’t just talk about change – we have a practical, detailed plan to deliver direct democracy within one parliamentary term.
 

It starts with mapping exactly how government works today, redesigns it to align PRRRA, gets your sign-off, and ends with you setting the nation’s goals. The whole process is designed to be transparent, low-disruption and focused on one thing: giving you the power and the results you deserve.

5 Year strategy for change

The Process Party formed to address fundamental flaws in existing political structures that disconnect power from responsibility and accountability. 

Our mission is to introduce direct democracy principles through electoral reform, ensuring that governance is transparent, fair, and inclusive. 

We believe in empowering citizens equally while evolving society’s democratic systems to reflect accountability and shared risks and rewards.

The methodology for implementation that we will use must follow a strict process improvement plan that will ensure that we;

  • Clearly define the gaps between "As Is" and "To Be" process maps.
  • With these "start" and "end" results we are able to then define the full gap analysis and know exactly what needs to be done to transition the current system to Direct Democracy as to not cause chaos in the system but still enact the changes that will drive the power back to the people
  • Then we want a review session with "the big boss" aka: YOU. At the Process Party, we want to drive a culture of involvement in politics among the everyday people but without taking up a lot of your time or over complicated jargon that discourages you from participating. We know though, once you feel your voice being heard, like all human's, you will love watching your voice matter! 
  • Once we present clearly and concisely what the changes are, and you approve, we will then begin the process of driving the changes through Government
  • Finally, once we implement the changes, we will prepare this great nation for the first EVER referendum driven strategic goal setting where the process will begin. With that in mind, below is an overview of how we see our implementation of Direct Democracy for the nation:

Phase 1:
Year 1-2:
Discovery

The first Phase will be purely focused on developing the utmost detail of process maps of the "as is" state to see where we are with government

Phase 2:
Year 1-3:
Aligning PRRRA in "To Be" maps

As we wrap up the "as is" process mapping, we will begin understanding all the elements and stakeholders of the current system which will enable us to ensure the lowest level of process maps of Direct Democracy account for all aspects necessary that made our governance structure once great but, whilst focused on aligning PRRRA, we will be able to ensure the modifications to the system that drive a fairer governance system led by you

Phase 3:
Year 3: 
Setting the Implementation plan and people's review

Once we have the start and end, we can then set out the implementation plan that details exactly how we will make the changes in a clear and concise way that the people of this great nation can easily digest without having to spend hours trawling through process maps, data, and delivery schedules and we will present to the nation in an effective way to get your sign off

Phase 4
Year 3-5:
Implementation

Then comes the really hard part - delivering the change. the beauty of it all is though; PRRRA applies to any cycle of change and we will align Power to ensure the changes meet no resistance but also Responsibility and Accountability with Risk and Reward to ensure the people get the system they voted for and the people working on the ground are supported to elevate our governance to the next level of efficiency and prosperity.

Phase 5:
Year 5:
Handover to the people

The final stage of our deliver plan consists of beta testing the new system (whilst running in parallel with the old system for the very last cycle.) and will start when we are ready to deliver the referendum to the people! You will then set the first ever "Top 10" goals for the nation (and regions) and then we, along with other political parties, will attempt to show how the nation will reach your goals, and you will elect those who will deliver the best solution!
